"My name is Jon and I am 24-years-old. I had a sports injury in September 2011 leaving me with two bulged low back discs and a fragmented L3-L4 disc, which found its way into my spinal canal. My sciatic pain was the worst pain I have ever experienced; 10/10 on the pain scale! I couldn't sleep without pain med's. I began treatment at Centre for Advanced Healing with Dr. Ellul. I came for therapy twice a week for about 4-5weeks. I received back adjustments, spinal decompression table and "hot" laser therapy. I felt relief after each treatment until the next day when I would do something to bugger things up again (as well when I slept and my body would stiffen up).
